TOU'S

I do not really don't have alot of rules, but I did feel the need to specify a couple.

1. Any items you purchase are yours to use for any personal or commercial project you wish. I know how difficult it is to find items that you are allowed to use so all I ask is that if you use any of my creations for profit, you provide a link back to my site as part of the credits, and do not claim any of the items as your creations. You are not allowed to share or resell the tubes themselves. Whatever you create using my tubes is yours.

2. Any heads that you purchase may be used by you personally or sent to artists as a personal head for use in tagging. You may not however claim them as your creation or share them with anyone else other than an artist in order for that artist to create a signature tag for you. Please never resize the heads because that distorts them terribly.

3. Any bodies that you purchase may only be used by you for your own creations or on a tag you create to offer as a request with proper credit given at the time of the request offer. The tubes themselves may not be shared or given to another artist to use.

4. If you snag any of the freebies that I will be offering in the future, please do not share them without using my previews, and do not change the file names.

By clicking the links provided and snagging or purchasing items offered here, you are agreeing to be bound by my TOU'S. I hope they were clear and easy to understand. Everything I offer on my site has been created by me. The bodies I offer were created using nude posers I purchased, and the clothes were hand drawn by me. Each baldie was also drawn by me and each head is my own creation using a variety of methods. In the future there will be tubes, scrap kits, accent peices, blings, comp sets and possibly even occasional blanks. Please feel free to snag any freebies that are offered, and use any purchases you make with my blessings and best wishes for any ventures you undertake. At this time these are my only TOU'S, and I hope that I never feel the need to write any other ones. As a PSP and tagaholic myself, I have no wish to make a lot of arbitrary demands, I ask simply that you treat my creations with respect and as you want your own creations to be treated. Any items I have used in my headers that I did not create myself were either from my paid memberships to a variety of sites or through shares in various psp groups that I am a member of. There is not and never will be any copyright infringement intended, so please notify me immediately at debbiesnipes@hotmail.com if you find anything that have been used incorrectly so that I may remove it or give proper credit to the creators.
